Welcome to QT Fashion Store! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our tailoring services for Men, Women, Kids, and Bridal Wear. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Measurements and Fittings
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements if they are not taken in-store.
Fitting sessions are limited to two free fittings per outfit. Additional fittings may incur extra charges.
QT Fashion Store will not be responsible for size changes after final measurements are approved.
2. Delivery and Timelines
Standard delivery time varies depending on the type of garment:
Casual Wear: 3-5 working days
Formal Wear: 3-5 working days
Bridal Wear: 3-5 working days
Urgent delivery requests will incur an express service fee.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fabric unavailability, weather, strikes) will be communicated promptly.
3. Payment Policy
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or digital payment methods.
Full payment must be made upon order collection.
Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of order placement.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement will be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
After 24 hours, deposits will not be refunded.
Customized or personalized garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. Fabric and Materials
Customers can provide their own fabric or purchase from our collection.
QT Fashion Store is not responsible for fabric defects in materials provided by customers.
Special care instructions for delicate fabrics will be shared upon delivery.
6. Alterations
Minor alterations are free of charge within 7 days of delivery.
Major design changes post-completion will be charged additionally.
Alteration services are only available for garments tailored by QT Fashion Store.
7. Liability
QT Fashion Store is not liable for color fading, fabric shrinkage, or beadwork damage due to improper care after delivery.
Garments not collected within 30 days of completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or resold.
8. Privacy Policy
All customer information, including measurements, contact details, and design preferences, will be kept confidential.
Photos of finished garments may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer explicitly opts out.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising will be resolved amicably.
If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action will be taken.
